Drop

have you ever

noticed

how a Rain Drop

scrambles

while a thin branch

comforts

as it keeps it

from the

ground?

below, the blades

threaten

as the Rain Drop

cringes

when the branch grip

opens,

tossing Rain Drop

freely

down.

and yet, with eyes

open,

Drop has somehow safely

landed

in the grass hands’ patient

waiting

at the Rain Drop’s

frightened

sound.

a breeze extends a

welcome,

words snug between a

laughter,

saying, “Welcome to the

Kingdom

of the children

lost and

found.”
